• Provides Search and Filtering: Enables users to search and filter projects by category, source, and other criteria
• Sends Notifications: Delivers email notifications about new projects based on user preferences
• Generates AI Proposals: Offers AI-powered proposal generation for Premium subscribers
• Manages Subscriptions: Provides free and premium subscription tiers

3. Eligibility

To use ClientRadar, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Service

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
• Access After Cancellation: You retain access until the end of your paid period

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use generated proposals for your own applications

This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer our systems
• Use our branding or trademarks
• Create derivative works

7.3 Third-Party Content

Project listings displayed on ClientRadar are sourced from third-party platforms and remain the property of their respective owners. We aggregate this publicly available information under fair use principles.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
